There are many disordered ways of thinking that, if left unchecked, can get in the way of us performing our best in auditions and performances, by causing us to develop beliefs and stories about ourselves that simply aren't true.
In the next few pages, I will identify some of the most common thought patterns performers struggle with and give you examples of how to reframe them.
