Leadership training & Consultancy
Leadership training, consultancy, and evaluation designed to embed health-informed practice into high-performance environments.
About My Work
I’ve designed and delivered coaching, leadership training, and wellbeing programmes for organisations including Clore Leadership, Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, and Scottish Ballet, supporting individuals and leadership teams operating in high-performance environments.
As Wellbeing Lead with Applause for Thought, I currently work at company level with large-scale productions including Mary Poppins UK Tour, Six The Musical, and The Hunger Games: On Stage, supporting performers and creative teams to sustain health, performance, and longevity under intense pressure.
Alongside Applause for Thought, I co-created The Performing Arts Wellbeing Curriculum (TWC)–a pioneering, preventative programme that embeds regular wellbeing education directly into vocational training. The curriculum equips students and institutions to prioritise health alongside excellence, rather than addressing issues only once crisis has occurred.
My work sits at the intersection of high performance, health, and culture.
As a former West End performer, I understand first-hand that sustainable results don’t come from pushing harder–they come from environments that support people to function at their best. That lived experience, combined with ongoing research into evidence-based wellbeing, performance psychology, and behaviour change, allows me to support leaders, educators, and organisations to move beyond individual resilience and towards health-informed, people-centred practice.
The result: healthier teams, stronger performance, and environments where people can thrive without burning out.

How I Support Your Company
I work in partnership with schools, companies, and leadership teams to embed health-informed practice into high-performance environments. This can include:
Strategic wellbeing talks and learning sessions on health, performance, and sustainability– designed to shift culture, not just raise awareness.
Individual and group coaching for supporting energy management, confidence, recovery, and long-term career sustainability.
Leadership coaching for managers, educators, and creative leaders, building confidence in supporting health conversations, decision-making, and psychologically safe environments.
Policy and practice development, collaborating with you to design wellbeing frameworks and policies that are realistic, proactive, and genuinely supportive–not just box-ticking.
Targeted, evidence-informed programmes to improve energy, focus, resilience, and retention across your organisation.
Masterclasses & Learning Sessions
Each session is designed to be practical, evidence-informed, and directly relevant to the realities of high-performance environments. Content can be adapted for performers, students, educators, and leadership teams.
Performance Nutrition for Sustainable Performance
Evidence-based strategies from performance nutrition to support energy, stamina, recovery, and injury prevention. This session cuts through conflicting advice and focuses on realistic, sustainable approaches that support performance demands over time.
Emotional Agility in High-Pressure Environments
Drawing on the work of psychologist Susan David, this session explores how individuals can relate to thoughts and emotions with greater flexibility. Participants learn practical tools to move from being caught in their emotions to skilfully responding to them–supporting clearer decision-making, resilience, and psychological wellbeing under pressure.
Mental Skills for Sustainable Performance
A practical exploration of confidence, resilience, values-led decision-making, goal-setting, and habit formation. Participants develop tools to perform consistently without relying on self-criticism, overwork, or burnout-driven motivation.
Goal-Setting for Long-Term Sustainability
A focused session on translating long-term ambitions into achievable actions. Using frameworks such as GROW model, participants learn how to build progress through small, repeatable behaviours rather than all-or-nothing effort.
Bespoke Learning & Development
Tailored workshops and programmes designed around your organisation’s specific context, challenges, and wellbeing priorities–whether that’s transition periods, leadership development, injury prevention, or sustainable performance culture.
