I work with performing arts schools, companies, and organisations, to evaluate and consult on how to support performers in improving their wellbeing and performance.

I have delivered coaching for companies such as Matthew Bourne's New Adventures, Scottish Ballet, ENBYouthCo, and Seeta Patel Dance.

I was previously the Pastoral Care Manager at The Dang Academy, where I regularly led one-to-one, as well as group coaching sessions to enhance the students’ wellbeing.

Through my work with Applause for thought CIC, I regularly deliver well-being workshops for West End companies and drama schools.

In partnership with Applause for thought CIC, I have recently launched The Performing Arts Well-being Curriculum (TWC), which aims to support the holistic well-being of students by getting regular well-being education on the curriculum to compliment and bolster their vocational studies.

As a performer myself, I know that the best way to create good results is to feel my best.
I continuously study, refine and research the latest wellness methods, so I can lead performers to the success they want to achieve, without sacrificing their health.

Performance Nutrition–Using evidence-based principles from Performance Nutrition and Dance Science to increase energy, stamina, and recovery, while reducing injuries.

The Mind-Body Connection–A deep-dive on how the mind and body communicate and how they react to stress. It also covers the gut-brain connection, and its importance to our immune system. Finally, I will teach some mind-body practices such as Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), the Transformational Touch Technique and breath work, which can be used as tools to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.

Mental Skills–This workshop covers mental skills such as confidence, resilience, values, goal-setting, and how to create habits to achieve goals.

Goal-setting Mastermind–How to create and implement habits that will help you achieve long-term goals. We will look at specific models such as the GROW Model, and SMART goals, that help us break down a long-term goal into micro-habits and action steps that help us get to where we want to be.

Bespoke–Bespoke sessions are individually designed to meet the needs of the receiving group. This could be specific to the company or specific to a topic that feels relevant and important.
